Cancellation policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, cancellation requests may not be processed if the order has already been prepared or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.

If the order cannot be canceled in time, you may initiate a return once you receive the product, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
